Terms and Conditions

Royal Airport Taxi Vienna provides services on the basis of the following General Terms and Conditions, the service descriptions and the price lists. Deviating terms and conditions shall not apply, even if Royal Airport Taxi Vienna does not expressly object to them. Deviations from these terms and conditions require the express written approval of Royal Airport Taxi Vienna. A contract shall only be concluded if it is confirmed by Royal Airport Taxi Vienna.

Prices

The prices include VAT at the statutory rate. The prices valid on the day of booking confirmation apply. All-inclusive prices not listed in the price list can only be agreed in writing and are only valid for the agreed journey date and hire period. Additional times and distances will be charged according to the valid price list. The fare includes the carriage of passengers with normal luggage; the carriage of bulky goods requires a separate agreement.

Scope of services

The scope of services is determined exclusively by the written order confirmation of Royal Airport Taxi Vienna or, subsidiarily, by the written offer of Royal Airport Taxi Vienna. The transport is carried out according to the regulations of the StVO and the PbefG. Passengers must comply with the instructions of Royal Vienna Airport Taxi or the chauffeur. If passengers act contrary to the instructions, or if they pose a danger according to the StVO or the safety of road traffic by interfering with the chauffeur, Royal Airport Taxi Vienna is entitled to exclude them from the transport. In this case, Royal Vienna Airport Taxi will charge the full fare including the fixed price or kilometre price and all additional and special services.

Airport pick-up (airport transfer)

Any change to the agreed pick-up time, for whatever reason, must be communicated to Royal Airport Taxi Vienna without delay. Any damage caused by a failure to notify the customer immediately shall be borne by the customer.

Obligations and liability of the customer

The customer shall inform Royal Airport Taxi Vienna immediately of any change of name, (billing) address, legal form and bank details. The customer is also obliged to provide the necessary information on passengers, time and place of service provision. If the customer fails to notify us without delay, he shall be liable for any damage that would have been avoided had he notified us in good time. The customer undertakes, also on behalf of the passengers, not to misuse the services of Royal Airport Taxi Vienna, in particular

- not to disrupt or hinder the fulfilment of the service
- not to cause any damage
- not to violate criminal law regulations
- strictly observe the smoking ban in the vehicle
- not to refuse to pay the fare.

If a customer violates the aforementioned obligations, Royal Airport Taxi Vienna is entitled to take all necessary measures to remedy the misuse. In the event of culpable violation, the customer shall be liable to Royal Vienna Airport Taxi for damages.

Cancellations and withdrawal

Cancellations are only effective if they are made in writing or, in the case of verbal declarations, confirmed in writing by Royal Airport Taxi Vienna. Cancellations up to and including 24 hours before the contractually agreed start of the journey are free of charge. In the event of cancellations, Royal Airport Taxi Vienna will charge a proportion of the basic fare as compensation. This share amounts to:

- 50 % for cancellations up to 12 hours
- 80 % for cancellations up to 3 hours before the contractually agreed start of performance
- 100 % in the event of later cancellations and no-shows.

Liability of Royal Airport Taxi Vienna

Royal Airport Taxi Vienna is not liable to the customer for damages. Liability for injury to life, body or health shall be governed by the statutory provisions. The vehicles are covered by liability insurance in accordance with the applicable General Terms and Conditions of Insurance. The customer is responsible for any additional insurance. Royal Airport Taxi Vienna is not liable for missed appointments and their economic consequences. This includes, for example, delays caused by

-Traffic status, road closures
-vehicle breakdowns or traffic accidents 
-bad weather 
-illness etc.

Royal Airport Taxi Vienna accepts no liability towards the customer or passenger for damages resulting from incorrect transmission of data by the customer.

Applicable law and place of jurisdiction

All legal relationships between Royal Airport Taxi Vienna and its customers shall be governed exclusively by Austrian law. The place of jurisdiction and place of fulfilment is Vienna.
